Shipping & Delivery Policy

UitoCode ships nothing physical: digital products are delivered instantly after payment, and services are delivered online to the agreed timeline.

uitocode.io sells digital products and provides web design and development services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no courier involved in any order.

Digital products

When you receive your order

Digital products are delivered electronically, immediately after your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds:

  • the download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as payment is confirmed;
  • the same links, and any licence key, are sent to the email address you gave at checkout;
  • if you have an account, your purchases stay available under Account → Downloads.

Delivery is the same wherever you are in the world, and there is no extra charge for it.

Bank transfer orders

If you pay by bank transfer, your order is delivered as soon as we confirm the payment has reached our account — usually within one working day of the money arriving.

If you have not received your order

If you have paid and do not see your download within 30 minutes:

  • check your spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email;
  • sign in to your account and open Account → Downloads;
  • if neither has it, write to info@uitocode.io or call +91 7074445633 with your order number, and we will restore your access, normally within one working day.

If we cannot deliver an order that you have paid for, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How long downloads stay available

Your download links stay available in your account unless the product page states a limit. We still recommend keeping your own copy of anything you buy.

Services

Our design and development services are delivered digitally, according to the timeline in the written proposal we agree with you. Depending on the project, we deliver through a staging or live website, shared files, and access to the accounts and platforms involved. There is no physical delivery, and the delivery dates for each stage are set out in your proposal.
